Creek

...in front of Heritage House. I took this in the evening to get the light on the front of the house, and had to wait for just the right time to avoid all the walkers and joggers. Heritage Park is quite popular, especially in the evenings. In addition to the walking track there is a playground, creek, large grassy areas, and an enclosed dog park.

Reflection

...of the sky near the Happy Barn. I posted a photo of this barn before when it was wearing the title "happy". Even now that it has been painted over that is how I think of it.

Heritage House

The columns on Heritage House at Heritage Park. We have seen several outside weddings taking place on this porch or surrounding grounds in warmer weather. Although the sun came out this weekend, the temperatures were in the 20s. Brrr!

Bridge Shadows

I've been looking for interesting shadows lately. I like this one of the bridge railing that I shared yesterday.

Wading Spot

When it is warmer this is my son's favorite place to wade and skip stones. With the temperatures dropping and a chance of snow flurries tonight, no one is venturing into the water right now.

Happy Barn

I usually don't approve of graffiti, but maybe this barn is just expressing itself.

Green Ivy

In comparison to the delicate red ivy I showed yesterday, this green ivy is very thick and hardy. It is growing on a monument at Heritage Park. I tried to find out more about the monument (grave?), but couldn't find any information.
