We went to Atlanta to pick up a few things and stopped for a hot dog at The Varsity.

H is for The Honest Pint

Good food, good beer, a little smoky for my taste, but a great place to meet friends for a drink after work. Lots of beautiful woodwork inside. Check out the website here.

K is for Krystal

This is my first time joining in with ABC Wednesday.  Krystal is a hamburger chain, which started in Chattanooga in 1932. Their headquarters is still in Chattanooga.

Some More Red

I have shared this store front before, but this is a bit of a different angle. I was going to just take the red flower pots, but couldn't resist the bright curved window as well.

Mellow Mushroom

The Mellow Mushroom mascot stands outside the restaurant's downtown location. What a fun piece of art! The food is good here too.

A Good Dog

...at the Good Dog Restaurant. I haven't eaten here yet. I have read the reviews and half of them think it is the greatest thing ever, and the other half think it is way over-priced for a hot dog joint. Most all of them agree that the fries are excellent though. I plan on giving it a try sometime soon.

Red Ivy

This ivy is growing on the wall of Public House restaurant on Market Street. I haven't eaten here yet. I want to try it once the weather is warm enough to sit outside on the terrace.

Pickle Barrel Restaurant

Located on the corner of Market Street and Georgia Avenue.

St. John's Meeting Place

Located on Market Street. I like the red on the trim and the planters.

Eating Out

The weather has been gorgeous lately. Everyone seems to be taking advantage of it by being outside as much as possible.
